That means Clinical Development teams are more important than ever.I specialize in recruiting Clinical Scientists, working with sponsors and CROs across Phase I to IV. With a background in Psychology (MSc), I focus on understanding people, their motivations, and their long-term goals to make sure the right talent is matched to the right opportunity.At Barrington James, we grow alongside the industry.
