Humanaut Health is a premium clinic for health optimization and longevity medicine. We help members live with more joy and less disease, discomfort, and uncertainty as they age. The longevity market is highly fragmented and complex for consumers to navigate. We offer a holistic care experience across a range of modalities and membership price points. Multidimensional assessment, medical care, education and behavior change support. Good health is more than the immediate absence of disease. Humanaut’s whole-person focus addresses long-term functional health and quality-of-life goals, such as energy, sexual health, and strength/mobility. Prior to joining Humanaut, Matt had a successful commercial real estate career representing office tenants at AQUILA Commercial and managing WeWork\'s Austin office portfolio. During this time, Matt developed a passion for fitness, wellness and the latest discoveries in longevity practice and regenerative medicine. During a year sabbatical, he decided to leave commercial real estate to explore how he could help others improve their lives through the implementation of health optimization protocols. After extensive research, Matt found the Humanaut team to be best aligned with his philosophy for human optimization practices. Matt\'s career has been defined by a commitment to understanding people’s needs and helping others achieve their goals. His consultative approach focuses on delivering value by understanding the unique challenges each of us face in our personal wellness journeys and leveraging the latest technologies, protocols and data-driven insights to generate the best health outcomes for the individual.
