ABOUT MATT WHITCHURCH
I am a Partner at FRP with over 15 years\' experience working on Restructuring and Transaction Services assignments across a wide range of industries, sizes and geographies. I head up the Financial Advisory team at FRP\'s Bristol office.I regularly undertake pre-lend reviews and financial due diligence assignments on behalf of financial institutions, including for several AIM listed companies.I provide solutions to underperforming companies and their stakeholders. This frequently involves providing cash flow advice, forecast reviews, options reviews, selling businesses and providing formal insolvency services. I frequently advise independent schools and their stakeholders in both distressed and solvent situations.I also undertake Employer Covenant Reviews and associated services for Trustees of defined benefit pension schemes.I am a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. I have passed the Joint Insolvency Examination Board and I am a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner.Outside of work I\'m a proud father of two children, keen runner and avid cyclist.
