   Inaugural Deputy CDO (and Employee #2) for the Office of Justice Data (est\'d 2021).* Contributed to data acquisition, processing, and visualization for many of our major public datasets, including Justice Data (njoag.gov/justicedata), Major Discipline (njoag.gov/majordiscipline), Internal Affairs (njoag.gov/iadata), and Police Recruiting (njoag.gov/policerecruiting).* Helped set strategic direction for technology and personnel decisions in OJD.* Contributed to internal analytics and data collection to guide decision making for other divisions in NJOAG.* Co-supervised four Research Data Supervisors, each with teams of 1-2 analysts, and one Legal Specialist* Stepped in for the Chief Data Officer at need, representing OJD to internal and external stakeholders
