The Enterprise Business Process Center of Competency (CoC) leader is focused on driving solution introduction and adoption of standard platforms enabling common enterprise business processes. This individual will oversee functional Centers of Competency (CoCs) for Enterprise processes including overall business process design and activation. They will lead a team that will need to significantly contribute to modernizing and sustaining the standardization and modernization of business processes to deliver value across divisions, business units, and brands globally.Position Summary• Accountable for the transformation of systems delivery across (Marketing, Sales, Service, Finance, HR) from divisional to enterprise for target platforms (Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, Dynamics, Workday, UKG, etc.)• Facilitates the analysis and optimization of enterprise business processes in order to improve the overall performance, process effectiveness and efficiencies of Brunswick.• Has accountability for enterprise process design, user role definition, system validation and implementation plans. • Scales platform introduction and adoption in accordance with standards and best practice across target systems• Partner with business stakeholders and CIOs to define opportunities to improve business processes and drive business value.• Works with other IT leaders and process owners to coordinate interdependencies, find synergies, and ensure a scalable design that aligns Brunswick’s capabilities roadmap.• Establishes and sustains key user operating model to ensure solution introduction and adoption is effective in support of value realization
