With over two decades in engineering leadership, I’ve had the privilege of building high-performing teams, scaling mobile solutions, and driving meaningful results in fast-moving, innovative environments. My journey has taken me from hands-on coding to senior leadership, always with a focus on aligning technology with business goals, fostering strong cross-functional collaboration, and delivering real impact.At Fullstory, I led four cross-functional teams. Including native mobile where I led the team through identifying 53 high-impact workstreams, skyrocketing native mobile product usage from 10M to nearly 2B+ monthly sessions—fueling over $70M in attached ARR. Along the way, I reduced support burdens by 80% and was honored with the 2024 “Toastie” Award for purpose-driven leadership. But what I’m most proud of? Building and retaining top talent, even during times of change, and shaping an inclusive, high-impact engineering culture.Before that, at H-E-B Digital and Expedia (Vrbo), I tackled transformative projects like launching design systems, introducing React Native sandboxes, and rethinking team structures to boost agility and retention. These efforts improved product ratings, user experiences, and developer efficiency—wins all around!Lately, I’ve been diving into AI, exploring how we can shape smarter, more personalized product experiences.
