At OLAF Companies, I managed the billing operations for six distinct law firms, each using different billing software and following customized workflows tailored to their specific needs. My role involved training and onboarding new employees, including law firm staff, attorneys, paralegals, and accounts receivable specialists. I also worked closely with other experienced billing managers to craft policies and procedures that optimized billing efficiency and accuracy.I took a hands-on approach in searching for and hiring talented individuals to perfect the execution of billing and collections, always striving to create a cohesive, high-performing team.
