It started as a team leader in retail stores, where I had the opportunity to manage daily operations and have face to face interactions that positively impacted our Guests’ lives. It continued as a Project Manager for pyramid level initiatives where I leveraged methodologies to take a vision and create actionable plans to execute. And it continues as a Portfolio Manager where I help senior leaders refine and activate enterprise wide strategies that drive growth for our team and our shareholders.I am a certified Project Manager experienced in project, program and portfolio management, with practical knowledge in several disciplines.    As VP of Enterprise Portfolio Management, I partner with senior IT leaders in facilitating governance and prioritization processes for a $190+ million IT development portfolio. I manage a team of Portfolio Analysts who are responsible for understanding Product Team priorities and roadmaps, budgets, forecasts/actuals, variances to plan, and how shifting priorities impact the financial health of the portfolio.I am also highly involved in transforming our organization from a Waterfall operating model to a Product operating model that leverages Agile development principals. In partnership with my team, we completely revamped our financial and portfolio management processes, created a product taxonomy that aligns our Dev teams to value driving products, and introduced Product and Agile principals like empowered teams, OKRs, product roadmaps and sprint delivery that creates value for our customers as fast as possible.
