   As creative director, my roles include concept, design, and directing rich, brand experiences, building and managing teams in LA, with offices in three countries. As the head of visual development I have crafted complex data visualizations, short videos, social content, and environments. I have been instrumental across a number of projects for Payden & Rygel, leading the charge with the visual development (redesign) of the Point of View, which today is our flagship publication. I’ve become accustomed to balancing multiple projects, meeting critical deadlines, all while executing successful design. I am always looking to expand my design reach in financial services and how design fits in this arena. I am an enthusiastic teacher and mentor, with the ability to unify, challenge and motivate a creative team. I\'m extremely detail oriented and constantly looking to refine my craft. Each project brings a unique set of challenges and obstacles, but the process and iteration is what I enjoy the most. I am also a practicing photographer and artist.
