Fifteen years of experience advancing U.S. national security and strategic stability priorities in Africa, the Middle East, Southwest Asia, and Europe/Eurasia. Demonstrated experience in: o Leading interagency teams in Washington and at U.S. Embassies in advancing national security objectives in complex environments; o Strategic planning and design of timebound national security initiatives, and coordinating these initiatives with a range of U.S. and international stakeholders; o Providing analysis and technical expertise to senior Department leaders through drafting of policy memoranda, options papers, and diplomatic strategies for use at the NSC, with Congress, and in various bilateral and multilateral fora. o Coordinating with governmental and non-governmental counterparts to leverage their support in advancing U.S. national security priorities. o Designing and managing foreign assistance for unstable environments.
