Board Member (At Large) for the nonprofit Orlando Alliance of Sommeliers, an organization founded in 1972 as an offshoot of The Sommelier Guild Inc.(Florida) started by French restaurateur Charles Fredy in 1965. The purpose of the organization is to provide educational experiences of different wines and wine and food pairings. The organization is one of the oldest tasting groups in the country, with some member families now in their third generation of learning.
