Responsibilities • Assessing candidates for careers within Capita Volume space, ensuring we recruit high quality individuals whilst always remaining aware of best practices around Diversity & Inclusion throughout the candidate journey that helps cultivate the right company culture where difference is respected and encouraged. • Interviewing Candidates for various roles, including Customer Service, Sales, Admin, and Information Advisers, tech support and providing feedback in a timely manner. • Trained part of an offshore team in interview skills and processes. • Championing a fast and effective candidate experience in stages of the candidate journey which are supported or administered by Global Delivery Centre teams • Oversight on candidate processing for Samsung, Virgin Media O2, PlusNet, RSPCA, Transport for London, Group Pensions, FSCA and Optima Legal. • Collaborating closely with other teams within the group resourcing function as a peer to support a consistent approach, share resourcing and business knowledge to ensure the delivery. • Using exceptional communication skills to develop relationships with candidates and a sense of credibility quickly. • Leading teams to effectively deliver on multiple business areas during peak requirements. • Being aware of hiring manager briefing calls conducted by the Resourcing Manager ensuring awareness of what is required from the hiring requirement key timelines and outcomes • Driving delivery, guiding other teams to achieve the requirements through open communications, forward planning and organisation • Responsible for carrying our internal reference checks for all candidates. • Making employment offers to candidates, both verbally and through emails. This included accurately processing them on the Workday system. • Representing Capita at in person recruitment fairs in my city, selling roles, providing information, and taking details from prospective candidates.
