Mr. Sullivan is a partner in the firm\'s Real Estate, Corporate, Banking & Financial, and Restaurant & Hospitality Practice Groups. Real Estate: Mr. Sullivan\'s real estate practice focuses on a broad range of real estate transactions including leasing, acquisitions and dispositions of real estate, title review, workout and recovery agreements, foreclosure agreements, financing real estate and other related contracts and legal documents. Corporate: Mr. Sullivan’s corporate practice focuses on representing public and private companies, with a focus on entity formation, structuring, debt and equity financing, mergers, acquisitions, and corporate governance. Restaurant & Hospitality: Mr. Sullivan’s Restaurant & Hospitality experience includes full-service legal representation in connection with hotel and restaurant management, liquor licensing, acquisition, partnership and entity structuring, sale, financial structuring and development throughout the United States. Dental/Medical: Mr. Sullivan also has extensive experience representing doctors, dentists, and other healthcare professionals with regards to corporate and real estate matters. He assists clients with handling the complex issues faced by individual practitioners and groups, including issues relating to real estate, either purchasing or leasing the property where the practice will reside, purchasing or selling their practice, corporate structure, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and employment issues. Mr. Sullivan is a graduate of Gonzaga University and The University of Denver Sturm College of Law. Mr. Sullivan also attended the University of Colorado, where he received his MBA.
