About Matt Fowler
With over 28 years of experience in the real estate industry, Matt is a proptech leader and a (formerly) General Certified appraiser. He is the Executive Director of Triangle MLS, a regional multiple listing service that provides proptech services to Realtors in 16 counties surrounding Raleigh/Durham and Research Triangle Park. Matt manages a staff of two dozen specialists and reports to the CEO of the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS and the TMLS Board of Directors. Matt has a track record of developing and deploying innovative and user-friendly software solutions for the real estate market. He co-founded and led Solid Earth, a company that created LIST-IT and Spring, two successful MLS systems that were licensed to dozens of cities in the US and Canada. He also worked as a VP of Business Development and Integrations at FBS and TRIBUS, where he helped expand the reach and functionality of Spring and other products. Matt is passionate about enhancing the local brands of Realtors and providing them with the best tools and data to serve their clients.
