Experienced financial services regulatory expert and advisor with a focus on innovation, digital assets, sandboxing and international engagement. I\'ve worked across all three lines of defence of the regulator and have led the FCA\'s crypto strategy and cryptoasset policy development. I\'ve provided strategic direction and thinking, and have the ability to span both breadth and depth across a range of areas in financial services and economics. I have strong knowledge of how financial markets, the wholesale sector, and payments firms function.I\'ve managed and advised on complex sandbox tests for the FCA\'s Regulatory Sandbox, working closely with leading FinTech firms including tokenisation and digital asset issuance. I also have strong understanding of stablecoin designs and business model risks.I’ve been an adviser on the OECD’s Blockchain Expert Policy Advisory Board (BEPAB) and have led policy development and analysis, with both supranational financial services organisations, as well as in the UK with the FCA, and other regulators and public bodies. I\'ve been on the Steering Board for TechNation\'s Lawtech Sandbox, providing advice and guidance on establishing and delivering a transformational sandbox for the legal sector. I have also represented the FCA on the internationally renowned UK Jurisdiction Taskforce.
