We are a $7MM/year business with 15 employees, serving members ranging from Olympic champions to first-time weightlifters.Empowered our team to achieve generational results at Paris 2024 Olympic Games (first gold medal in 24 years and the first men\'s medal of any kind in 40 years).Secured the largest sponsorship deal in organizational history, valued at more than $1MM.Earned the largest investment from the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee in weightlifting in more than a decade, valued at more than in 2025.Led the organization at a moment when our voice for clean sport and governance reform was essential to our success in keeping weightlifting in the Olympic Games for LA2028 and beyond.Empowered and motivated a team to own and drive operational excellence in core programs including 5 national events serving athletes per year and an education program upskilling 2,500+ weightlifting coaches per year.Primary spokesperson with members, media, sponsors, partners, and domestic and international counterparts.
