This includes working with reps in group settings and one on one on their industry knowledge, understanding of our product offering, learning our sales process and honing their selling skills. I love working with sales people and seeing them progress as they grow into their full potential. The best of the best in any sport have a coach and most professional sports teams are run better than most sales organizations; not at CoStar Group.
