Reporting to the Senior IT Operations Manager I manage the IT Infrastructure, including the Azure estate, on premise Windows Servers, networks, backups, disaster recovery and Microsoft 365 products. I also manage the IT Servicedesk function.Key achievements:Successfully delivered the IT elements of moving the organisation to new premises. This included:* Standardisation of desk setup with dual screens, docking station, wireless keyboard and mouse, plus laptop and device charging across nearly 100 seats* Implementing a new network configuration including dual 10GB leased line, switches, firewall and wireless config* Transformation of the audio visual setup enabling 9 spaces with Yealink Teams Room devices
