Raised in new philanthropic support by co-cultivating key relationships positioned to yield future contributions; developed a sponsorship package and built a supporting website to expand access to corporate partners and high-net-worth donors. Authored, designed, and published a special edition of ROA’s Reserve Voice Magazine at no cost, featuring exclusive interviews with current and former U.S. Deputy Surgeons General and highlighting ROA’s leadership in public health readiness. Organized and co-hosted high-level receptions with 100+ stakeholders. Engaged and cultivated relationships with senior national leaders, including the President of the United States at the White House, the Reserve Chiefs, members of Congress, and senior defense, veterans, and public health officials. Revitalized ROA’s internship program through successfully onboarding and training 5 interns, achieving in savings (an 80% cost reduction over full-time staffing). Oversaw operations of ROA’s headquarters as de facto facility lead and senior leadership team member; managed vendor relations, emergency repairs, and event coordination; generated in revenue.
