Design and implementation of test programs including fixture design, management, and data analysis. Load, pressure, and temperature testing. Fatigue testing. Failure analysis. Data acquisition, instrumentation including strain gage selection and Digital Image Correlation (DIC) optical measurement for Stress/Strain analysis. High Speed Data Acquisition. Testing Practice Quality Management System team leader. Writing and evaluating QMS procedures. API and ISO work group member helping write international testing standards. Engineering Design, Testing, and Analyses Experience: •Coefficient of friction testing •Ring Expansion Test •Test Equipment Design and Fabrication for Aerospace •Comparison of Finite Element Analysis to real world strain gage test data •Torque to failure testing of air craft engine shafts •Tubular connection sealability testing per ISO 13679, API 5C5, and user specific testing •Off-shore Platform high load calibration to over lbs •Vibration instrumentation and analysis of turbine blades. •Design of testing fixture to validate riser connection quick disconnect flanges under simultaneous axial load, internal pressure, and bending with full-scale demonstration testing. •Failure analysis of offshore platform flare nozzle. •Pressure, load, and torque test fixtures for high capacity loading and gas pressure design. •Bolting fatigue test fixture design to apply cyclical eccentric loading. •NDT including; ultrasonic, magnetic particle, dye penetrate, eddy current •Rupture disk testing •API 6A Annex F PR2 testing •Shear pin fatigue testing •Hyperbaric Chamber Testing •Wire Rope fatigue testing and failure analysis •External pressure to collapse testing
