As the East Territory Retail Executive, I spend my days working to help our clients grow their businesses and improve their financial wellness. I find that I most enjoy creating strong relationships with our clients, as well as also developing and coaching our team.At the core, I love helping people. Knowing that we help customers build their businesses and bring new products to market means we are growing our community as well. To do this, I believe in:• creating a fun, client-focused culture• surrounding myself with a diverse team of professionals• motivating team members and developing their leadership skills• learning and keeping up to date on current business trendsWhile my English degree is certainly not the norm in financial services, the discipline built critical thinking and writing skills that have served me well throughout my career. Banking, like a difficult novel or academic journal, can be challenging, but working in this field brings a deeper sense of understanding of how people navigate a complex financial landscape.Outside the office, my family is the center of what I do and enjoy.
