I have a strong competitive drive instilled within me to succeed and improve. During my time in college I loved to play baseball, and I was honored to become Bethel University\'s first ever All-American baseball player in 2012. This experience demonstrated the kind of determination, hard work and perseverance I carry with me into the business world. Since joining Cargill\'s Salt business in 2017 I\'ve had the chance to learn and grow in many ways, recently completing my MBA. In my sales roles I\'ve worked to understand customers, communicate our company\'s value, collaborate cross functionally, and come up with innovative solutions to earn trust.
