Project lead on developing a FastAPI application for the Data Platform at Sovrn. This initiative is a move forward to better catalog our massive amounts of data and enable role-based access for not only internal stakeholders but third party partners as well. Driving engineering standards across my team of 11 engineers. High quality code, devops and infra-as-code, better testing practices, and proper documentation for internal and external users of the application.Tech: Hosted on a kubernetes cluster (sidecar Open Policy Agent included). Authenticates and authorizes users for data delivery. Works with Databricks jobs for data extract and delivery.
