I am the Managing Director and Principal, Planning + Policy at Fotenn in Toronto, Ontario. I have a Bachelor of Community Design (Honours in Urban Design) from Dalhousie University and a Master of Arts (Planning) from the University of Waterloo where my thesis focused on the development of urban design guidelines for creating sense of place. I have been Project Manager, and a key member of the team, for a range of urban design and planning projects, including urban design guidelines, mobility hub studies, infill projects, avenue studies, master plans, campus master plans, secondary plans, urban design and planning rationales, and peer reviews. Through these projects, I manage large teams of sub-consultants, and am regularly involved in site analysis, site design, background research, report development, consultation facilitation, and graphic preparation. I am an inaugural member and current Chair of the City of Burlington\'s Urban Design Advisory Panel.
