I am a professional Trainer and Business Coach, with a background in sales and people management. I write and deliver numerous training programmes for a range of companies that vary from the smaller independents, to large corporate clients. Often this process involves conducting a training needs analysis within the company to pinpoint areas that need improvement and development, in line with company policies and core values. The outcome of this is then fed back to key stakeholders in conjunction with a recommended strategy for improvement.Programmes I deliver cover topics such as Efficiency and Effectiveness, Cold Calling, Customer Service, Sales & Telephone Sales, Time Management, Problem Solving, Project Management, Setting Objectives, Motivation, Team Skills and Communication. I also deliver fully accredited ILM Leadership and Management courses. I\'m Prince2 qualified and I am an accredited Insights Discovery Practitioner.Throughout my career, I have worked in various people management and training roles, as well as sales. These roles have continuously brought me into contact with people of varying backgrounds who have often sought motivation, increased performance and confidence, in many differing and challenging situations.
