Develop and implement the college\'s communication strategy, utilizing research, branding, marketing, digital/web communication, advertising, internal communication, and public and media relations.2. Manage media relations, maintaining positive relationships with local and regional media and acting as the college\'s spokesperson when necessary.3. Serve as the public information officer during crises, providing counsel to the college president and executive leadership team and utilizing the emergency messaging system for school updates and campus emergencies.4. Supervise and lead a team responsible for graphic design, videography, internal communications, social media, and web communication.5. Oversee external resources, including advertising agencies, design agencies, and print vendors.6. Manage the relevant budget and allocate resources effectively.7.
