With over 15 years of experience as a President & CEO, I lead the largest and most influential footwear trade associations in the United States: the Footwear Distributors and Retailers of America (FDRA) and the Fashion Footwear Association of New York (FFANY). My mission is to serve and promote the footwear industry, which accounts for approximately 95% of all footwear sales in the U.S, and to represent its interests and needs in the global market.As a trade policy expert and a skilled negotiator, I advocate for the elimination of outdated and restrictive tariffs that hinder the footwear industry\'s innovation and competitiveness. I also oversee educational programs, trade publications, and industry events that foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among the footwear community. In addition, I co-host Shoe-In, a podcast that features in-depth conversations with industry leaders and experts on the latest trends, challenges, and opportunities in the footwear business.
