Supporting the Regional Sales Manager to achieve regional sales and establishment targets. • Participating and driving regional recruitment focused activities including local networking, attending regional jobs/recruitment fairs and working in conjunction with local job centres. • Leading the recruitment and onboarding processes for new Sales Representatives providing consistency and enhancing candidate experience. • Driving retention through the delivery of timely and professional sales training. • Delivering a high standard of sales training at a regional level covering new starter training, remote selling, in home selling, all products including finance products and compliance. • Providing day to day support to the Regional Sales Manager and deputising in their absence.
