As a Chief Development Officer for the Foundation, I work alongside the CEO as part of the Executive Leadership Team. I am responsible for defining the company’s philanthropic vision and direction, developing and implementing strategies that will increase fundraising activities and operations, and ensuring the execution of fund development according to the company’s values and vision.The Essentia Health Foundation serves as the central body that oversees and coordinates philanthropic activities across the entire Essentia Health system which spans from Wisconsin, through Minnesota to North Dakota.Each local affiliate foundation operates within a specific geographic area served by Essentia Health. These foundations focus on addressing the unique needs and priorities of their respective communities.
