I have experience in managing both engineering and operational technician teams focused on highly technical process that require versatile problem solving techniques. Responsibilities in the areas of process improvement, defect reduction, cost reduction and maximizing output. I have an excellent understanding of the manufacturing, research and development environment; which is a necessity to maintain a 24x7 operation that includes utilizing support organizations or providing support to peer groups.I also have experience managing operations of electrical power systems within a large industrial facility. Being responsible for an all-encompassing facilities infrastructure has given me exposure and knowledge on other systems such as HVAC, Life Safety Systems, liquid supply and drain systems as well as process gas supply and detection. Bottom Line: I am a highly motivated, self-starter problem solver that ranges from utilizing emotional intelligence to engineering intelligence.
