Within PA I’ve been a line manager for typically 2 or 3 people at once, guiding them through multiple promotions and years of personal development. I researched, procured and arranged pilot training courses on navigating complexity (Cynefin & VUCA). I also led improvements to PA’s recruitment assessment centres to improve candidate experience, quality and diversity. Through regular briefings I recruited over 100 staff into the security sector and the clearance pipeline, specifically targeting PA’s affinity networks to improve the diversity of the pipeline.I’ve been supporting my client’s Programme Management profession since 2023 running Association for Project Management Chartered Project Professional cohorts. Three of the five staff who have obtained ChPP to date were mentored by me. I’ve supported the profession senior leadership with reachback on career pathways and transformation. I’ve also given a “TED talk” on ‘The Power of Ambition’ at several events.
