About Matt Monyhan
As Executive Director of Business Execution at Carelon PI Solutions, I am responsible for strategic planning and organizational direction specific to general operations and execution of our business plan. This includes product expansion, business development, strategic initiatives and new business integration. My team also governs cross-solution services within the commercialized PI space with heavy emphasis on revenue and expense. We serve clients representing over 40 million member lives in the healthcare space, crossing all lines of business (Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, Federal).My mission is to maximize the recovery of funds for Carelon and its clients, while providing excellent customer service and maintaining ethical standards. I am also an ordained minister with a Master of Science in Management and Leadership, which reflects my passion for serving others and leading with integrity. I am always eager to learn new ways to improve the subrogation process, leverage technology, and empower my team.
