About Matt Monfils

I assist with business development and growth through underwriting and the building of relationships with assigned producers and wholesalers. Outside of work I develop my skills as well. The Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation taught me the best practices of the insurance business. Helping run a Toastmasters club developed my leadership and public speaking skills. Volunteering also improves skills that I find useful in a professional setting. Serving on my church’s local missions team showed me how we can better our local community by working together. Mentoring people in prison helped me become better at coaching.
