Responsibilities include elevating the youth mentoring field, encouraging more adults to become mentors, grow MENTOR\'s brand nationally, and leading our external partnerships - including with some of the world\'s biggest brands - Nike, NBA, Starbucks, LinkedIn, and the Obama Foundation. I get to show up to work every day to work on how to get more adults engaged in becoming mentors to help close the mentoring gap for youth across the country.

Seasoned CSR and marketing executive with 15+ years working in the intersection of education, community service and sports. I\'m passionate about social justice and believe it is my obligation and privilege to give back for all that I have been given in life. I\'m an idealist that tries to consistently lead with hard work and passion. Besides work, I get to help coach Cambridge\'s HS boys basketball team, I am a mentor, love to golf, and spend time with my son and nieces/nephews.
