Hello, I’m Matt Mesaros. For over 35 years, I have driven organizational success by setting high standards in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS), regulatory compliance, and sustainable operations. My work spans greenfield development, construction safety, emergency response, water and energy reduction, air emissions control, and waste avoidance never losing site of building a culture that protects people and their communities, preserves the environment, and empowers teams to perform at the highest levels. Most recently, I’ve led EHS for a multi-billion-dollar automotive battery manufacturing project, one of the largest in North America; transforming the economic landscape of State and local communities. From concept through completion, I focus on embedding safety and sustainability into every phase, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and long-term cultural stewardship.My leadership philosophy is rooted in servant leadership; removing obstacles, providing resources, and creating an environment where teams thrive.
