Currently supporting Saddle Creek Logistics Services managing a team of 30+ HR Professionals (Regional HR Managers, HR Supervisors, HR Representatives, HR Coordinators, and Recruiters across the country supporting the operations in warehousing, distribution, fulfillment, and transportation. I supported Topgolf for 4 years as a Sr. HR Manager supporting over associates at 17 Venues across the US partnering with operators to drive and maintain engagement, performance improvement, all development, coaching, talent acquisition, bench building, associate relations, training, compliance, and general management. Lead change management and growth initiatives while it doubled in size in just 4 years. Partnered with 17 single site HR Office Managers to drive the HR Function. I supported Dollar General field operations for 4 years as a Regional Human Resource Manager (Fortune 160 stores). I managed 3 direct report HR Representatives supporting 5 Regional Operations Directors, 55 District Managers, 800 Store Managers/Stores, and employees throughout several states (Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Utah and Colorado). My team and I were responsible for Recruiting, Succession Planning, Training, Development, Employee Relations, Compliance, Change Management, and all other HR Functions. I supported Wendy\'s International Inc. for 5 years as a Divisional Human Resource Manager supporting 90 Locations and Store Managers, Employees, and 11 District Managers. While at Wendy\'s I managed the Dallas, Los Angeles, Denver, and the Hawaii Market. I managed all of the Recruiting and Staffing from the Shift Supervisor level to the District Manager level, Succession Planning, Employee Relations, Training, Development, Compliance and consistently managed Successful Projects and Implemented Initiatives for the company. I supported ARAMARK Corporation as a Human Resource Manager in the Food Service industry for 2.5 years in a multi unit role supporting 60 Locations and 60 General Managers, 500 Employees, and 5 Area Supervisors in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area. I graduated from the University of North Texas in December of 2003 with a 3.92 GPA; while participating in 16 organizations holding executive office in 6 of them along with working 3 jobs as a tutor, baseball umpire, and a server.
