Design and develop automated test solutions tailored to complex electronic systems- Lead and manage special projects from beginning to end, including physical execution of tasks, ensuring timely delivery to agreed schedules- Undertake the design activities relating to ATE’s Test Solution fixturing and other mechanical / electronic projects- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, applications, service and leadership to ensure company objectives are met- Work with the Technical Director to identify and implement improvements across our range of products and services, utilising new and existing technologies to deliver product/project enhancements to ensure we maintain our position as a provider of high quality, reliable and robust solutions- Analyse test and manufacturing data to extract actionable insights and feed these back into the business’ process as part of our Continuous Improvement initiatives- Support the business’ drive to ensure automation is embraced and considered as part of future test development strategies- Commissioning of Test Applications for Customers – either remote or on site at Customer premises, as required- Keep accurate and effective documentation records, as well as tracking project costs to ensure the project is delivered effectively, including costs, time, quality, etc- Provide assistance in the creation of project bids/tenders for new and existing customers for Special Projects- Interact directly with Customers both during the development phases as well as providing outstanding customer service to customers post-delivery during any support- Operate with minimal supervision and with a high level of autonomy- Support others in the team with their personal/professional development.
