About Matt Kulka
I started playing with computers as a small child before most people had them in their homes. That love for tinkering with software and systems is embedded into my soul. I’m passionate about learning about new technologies and techniques. I love working in teams with varied experience levels that allow me to both learn from my colleagues and mentor simultaneously. My hobbies include experimenting in my home lab, maintaining pinball machines and wrenching on cars.Historically, I\'ve been operationally focused in medium to large Linux server deployments. Lately, I\'ve been shifting my interests to software engineering projects in order to expand my skill set. My most used language at Facebook was PHP/Hack, but over the last few years, I\'ve used Python and Go primarily at Dropbox and Ruby heavily from working with Chef.
