My professional career in the computer industry began in 1991 developing and architecting LOB and commercial applications as a software engineer. In 1995 I joined Microsoft Corporation and added a variety of professional and leadership skills. I developed and shipped software and content, planned projects, developed schedules, and managed execution of projects within hard constraints.
