Oversee the fulfillment of agent demand and capacity across 92 Business Markets in the United States and Canada to ensure that every home shopper has a qualified Real Estate expert to connect with • Maintain the application funnel to ensure that only agents who meet our requirements are moved forward to begin working with referral customers • Hire, train, and manage a team of 5-15 coordinators and contractors • Handle escalations regarding referral contract, survey auditing process, and concerns regarding Partner Program policies • Identify application deficits and work with program management and analytics team to increase agent attainment in high need areas • Budget for and communicate recruiting needs to digital and email marketing teams to optimize alternative applicant sources • Work closely with Broker Account Executives Manager to align on recruiting priorities for brokerage level partnerships • Work with our MLS team, local markets managers, and expansion team to launch new Partner service in new markets • Work with our Salesforce administrator and engineering teams to identify and solve for efficiency problems with the onboarding process • Utilize Tableau, Salesforce, and Zendesk reporting to provide insight into the attainment and onboarding process for stakeholders
