My work bridges clinical psychology, behavioral science, and lifestyle medicine—guiding clients through the mental, emotional, and identity-based aspects of sustainable health change.I conduct structured behavioral assessments, develop personalized mindset and behavior-change plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nutritionists, and exercise physiologists to ensure clients receive holistic, data-driven care.In addition to direct client support, I consult on program development—helping shape HealthSpan’s behavioral health framework, mindset curriculum, and concierge-level client journey. This includes building scalable systems for ongoing engagement, designing group protocols, and contributing to HealthSpan’s thought leadership around the future of human performance and well-being.
