ABOUT MATT KLINGBEIL
I\'ve spent the better part of 15 years sitting between business needs and customer wants - translating both into products that actually get built, shipped, and used by real people.Today that means working as a Product Manager at Morgan Stanley, where I\'m focused on the participant-facing experience across the Morgan Stanley at Work ecosystem - including Shareworks and E*TRADE Equity Edge Online. These platforms serve approximately 12 million workplace participants and corporate clients, representing over 40% of the S&P 500. It\'s a complex, regulated environment with high stakes for end users, and I wouldn\'t have it any other way. Before financial services, I spent 14 years at Shaw Communications building products for a national satellite TV platform with customers - including leading the strategy behind a $100M+ network upgrade. After Shaw, I joined MowSnowPros as Director of Product, where I worked alongside the founder to modernize the entire technology platform - writing the business requirements, procuring and overseeing the development team, and launching all-new iOS, Android, and web apps that replaced a legacy system and unlocked meaningful scale across customers, contractors, and services.Outside of my day job, I\'m a licensed REALTOR® in Alberta with a healthy obsession with Calgary\'s real estate market, urban planning, and what makes neighbourhoods actually work for people.
