ABOUT MATTHEW CARTER

I am a passionate emerging professional driving positive change through human connections. At the end of the day, the world runs on human-to-human interactions that elevate our societies and make life easier. From a young age, I\'ve always enjoyed interacting with people. People are at the centre of everything I have done since then. I went into business so that I can better understand how to work with people and provide better products/services to people. I then learned from my experiences doing Event Marketing and Asset Management to better my professional relationships. Over the course of my professional career, I have developed proficiency in the ability to communicate and interact with a wide range of people. I have learned to develop strong relationships with my co-workers while still maintaining professionalism and a consistent work ethic. By incorporating my social strengths into a workplace environment I am able to approach challenges from a teamwork perspective and take the initiative to solve problems. I am attracted to a dynamic, innovative work environment where I can use my communication and relationship-building skills to make a larger impact. My motivation in my professional career is to provide sustainable positive change and challenge the status quo. I am excited to embark on new challenges, embrace opportunities for growth, and consistently contribute to a positive and impactful workplace through meaningful human interactions.
