Served as a key leader as the company grew to over 1 million customers, 300 employees and raised over $200 million in funding • As the first product hire, led the research, definition, design, and development of all of Aspiration consumer products (including the checking and savings product that was awarded Best Cash Management Account by Forbes in 2020 and Best Checking Account by NerdWallet in 2019), data infrastructure, marketing automation system, and internal customer support & operations tools • Managed a team of product managers and led a cross-functional team of 60+(including engineering, design, data science, analytics, operations, risk, legal & compliance) responsible for the core product, banking platform and services, growth, account opening/onboarding, engagement, customer communications • Launched innovative, mission-aligned features like Plant Your Change (plant a tree with every purchase) and Aspiration Impact Measurement (a personal sustainability score) to promote the Good Economy and enable positive environmental action
