Endpoint Technology Roadmap Execution: Optimized OS Upgrades: Conceived a solution to activate machines overnight for OS upgrades and then shut them down. This innovation resulted in a saving of approximately $1M by eliminating lost productivity hours during the Windows 10 upgrades in 2022 and Windows 11 in 2023. Global Laptop Deployment: Implemented Autopilot for Regeneron\'s global operations, allowing the shipment of laptops anywhere in the world. Enhanced the user experience by automatically deploying apps selected from our internal catalog to the new machines. Windows 365 Cloud PC Deployment: Automated the deployment process for Windows 365 Cloud PCs upon receiving a Service Now ticket request. Successfully deployed over Cloud PCs, including about in clean rooms. New Technology Initiatives: Document Translation Integration: In line with our global expansion, established a Microsoft Azure Document Translation service, complemented by a SharePoint interface. Users can now easily drag and drop documents for translation and receive the translated document via email. Network Infrastructure for Windows 365: Led the establishment of network infrastructures across multiple regions to support our Windows 365 environment in Azure. Azure OpenAI Integration: Pioneered the integration of Azure OpenAI endpoints, making ChatGPT LLM accessible for research purposes and company-wide communication.
