Responsible for leading Global Programs and Projects, whilst taking the initiative to participate in broader company activities and proactively drive process improvement. Successfully managed a number of key initiatives, notably- Managed the VisaNet Delivery Team (60+ stakeholders) to successfully deliver a Domestic Routing Solution. This supported a client with meeting a new regulation where domestic issuers can specify the processing route of their cards- Successfully delivered Issuer Script to enable PIN change and unblock, supporting TransferWise as a cloud-based processor in VisaNet- Developed and implemented the ‘Career Development Spotlight’, which provides a platform for our community (~900 employees) to share their journey and recommendations, helping to inspire individuals in driving their own development- Line Manager of Project Management Apprentice (September 2019 – March 2022), conducting ‘people manager’ responsibilities including annual reviews, objective setting, and development plans.
