I am a Senior Managing Director specialising in restructuring with over 24 years experience.I lead the Teneo Restructuring team in the Midlands advising corporates, creditors and other financialstakeholders in situations of financial stress and distress.I provide restructuring leadership in situations that require performance improvement, managed exit, business plan assessment, pensions advisory, special situations M&A, debt restructuring, options and stakeholder engagement.I am also an experienced insolvency practitioner able to prepare contingency plans, support critical situations and ultimately lead insolvency strategies. I have a broad restructuring skillset but have particular specialisms in the automotive and energy sectors as well as having developed our national employer covenant offering advising pension stakeholders.My clients include corporates, funders, Government, investors and pension trustees.
