   Lily was created because as residential real estate agents we noticed an opportunity & a solution for homeowners that their house wasn’t a great fit for the “traditional” model of selling your house. These homeowners were stuck… Their houses needed repairs before the next family could purchase the house, but they weren’t able to make these repairs. Some other Lily clients have inherited the property, had a unqiue situation with a tenant, or just simply want to sell their house to us rather than going through the hassle of listing the house on the open market. Their only options were to stay in their current situation or trusting a “local investor” to come purchase their home. Most of these local investors aren’t established companies, but rather a single individual that homeowners had to TRUST they would actually close on their home. Unfortunately a lot of these transactions don’t end up going through for a variety of reasons…Enter Lily.Lily helps these homeowners discover they DO have another option. Work with an established company like Lily where you can feel confident that you are getting the most amount of money for your house, but you’re also confident that your transaction WILL close. Lily helps you sell your house simpler, we work together to get the deal done, & we take the stress out of selling your unique property.
