As the Business Operations Manager my primary function is to ensure new and existing customers are onboarded into the Surgere systems (Intacct, Smartsheet, Salesforce, Source, & Fresh Service) successfully by the Business Operations team. In collaboration with the commercial team, the Business Operations team creates quotations and processes purchase orders for all hardware and service-related sales. In addition, I assist in supporting the OEM RFID initiative, provide Smartsheet guidance, and coordinate any special projects provided by the executive team. Another main function of my position is providing a connection between the finance department and the day-to-day operations of Surgere by organizing weekly billing reports, service billing audits, and any financial assistance required to ensure clean processes and policies.
