I\'m VERY data-driven, gritty, problem-solver and like planning and coordinating events at work - from driving a project to completion to planning birthdays and holiday events, thus, improving on my interpersonal communication.By doing these events, I get to get to know people on a more deeper level rather than just skin-deep. This has led me to have multiple successful teams, both onshore and offshore, with many on-time deliveries of projects and products within the years I\'ve been in SaaS. I empower my teams with tools and knowledge so that they can be self-sufficient in their day-to-day work.
